Personal	Patrick was born in Rutland, VT. He now lives in Daphne, AL with his wife, Cindy, who is a physical therapist at Mobile Infirmary in Mobile, AL. Patrick and Cindy have two children, Katrina and Mark. Patrick enjoys exercise, skiing and all sports. Patrick is a member of the Sons of Italy. He and his family attend Christ the King Catholic Church.

Professional	Licensed Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist, State of Alabama Experience in outpatient upper extremity and hand therapy
Personal	Crystal enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband and her son.
