Morgan Bull, PT, DPT

Originally from Dothan, Alabama, Morgan is an outgoing and energetic physical therapist who finds joy in building connections with others—whether it’s with patients, family, friends, or her golden retriever, Dutton (yes, named after Yellowstone).

Morgan earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Mississippi in 2022—Hotty Toddy! Her path to physical therapy began during her junior year of college, when she took a job as a technician at a pediatric physical therapy clinic. That experience ignited a passion for the profession and a deep appreciation for the difference it can make in people’s lives.

She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Faulkner University in Montgomery in 2025. Morgan is passionate about helping others regain independence and strives to build strong, supportive relationships with each of her patients.
